トラブルシュート

ダイヤラーを始めるのにトラブルがある場合は、下記が利用可能であることを確かめてください。

1. インターネット・エクスプローラー6あるいはそれ以上を使用してください。
2. ActiveXコントロールは有効にしなければなりません。ActiveXコントロールを有効にする方法は下記の通りです。
3. あなたのコンピューターにインストールされたインターネット・エクスプローラーあるいはサードパーティ・ポップ・アップ・ブロッカー・ソフトウェアが、ポップ・アップへのダイヤラー・ウィンドウをブロッキングしている場合は、ダイヤラー・ウィンドウを非ブロックしてください。

ActiveXコントロールを有効にする方法

1. ブラウザー「ツール」メニューの「インターネットオプション」をクリックします。
2. 「インターネットオプション」ダイアログボックスの「セキュリティ」タブをクリックします。
3. インターネット・ゾーンを表わす「地球アイコン」を選択します。
4. 「レベルのカスタマイズ」をクリックします。
5. 「ActiveXコントロールとプラグイン」セクションまでスクロールします。
6. 「署名済みActiveXコントロールのダウンロード」の下から、プロンプトを選択します。
7. 「未署名のActiveXコントロールのダウンロード」の下から、プロンプトを選択します。
8. 「ActiveXコントロールとプラグインの実行」の下から、「有効にする」を選択します。
9. 「スクリプトを実行しても安全だとマークされているActiveXコントロールのスクリプトの実行」の下から、「有効にする」を選択します。
10. 「セキュリティ・セッティング」ウィンドウを閉じるために「OK」をクリックします(もし、「このゾーンに設定されているセキュリティのレベルを変更しますか？」のダイアログボックスがプロンプトされたら「はい」をクリックします)。
11. 「インターネットオプション」ウィンドウを閉じるために「OK」をクリックします。
12. ブラウザーを閉じて再起動します。

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble launching the Dialer, please make sure followings are available

1. Please use Internet Explorer 6 or higher.

2. ActiveX controls must be enabled. See below on how to enable ActiveX control.

3. If Internet Explorer's or other 3rd party pop-up blocker softwares installed in your computer

are blocking the dialer window to pop-up, please unblock the dialer window.

Enabling ActiveX Control

1. From the browser menu, click Tools / Internet Options

2. Click on the Security Tab

3. Select the globe icon representing the Internet Zone

4. Click Custom Level

5. Scroll down to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section

6. Under Download Signed ActiveX Controls, select Prompt

7. Under Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls, select Prompt

8. Under Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins select Enable

9. Under Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting select Enable

10. Click OK to close the Security Settings window (If prompted to verify that you want to change the security settings for this zone click Yes)

11. Click OK to close the Internet Options window

12. Close and Restart your browser
