TorongoCall™ Service is a way for you to call anywhere in the world for free or for just pennies. In the future, UNIQA will also provide a similar wireless service.
UNIQA has developed an Internet based phone service system that uses your current Internet connection to make phone calls. Using this service, which has a typical monthly rental amount between $9.95 and $18.95 depending on your service plan, you can make unlimited calls within United States and in dozens of countries worldwide. In addition, you can make toll-calls in pennies to any country in the world.
You will need the TorongoCall™ Box, a palm sized device, which you connect to your high-speed Internet line on one side and a regular phone set on the other side. Your telephone does not need to connect to any physical phone line. Instead, it connects to the Internet via the TorongoCall™ Box. You will not need a PC to use this service. TorongoCall™ Service does not require you to have any phone line or PC at all. TorongoCall™ Service requires only your existing broadband Internet connection. |
